Dynamics CRM Support Analyst These positions will be required to travel within the UK. Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics CRM Support Analyst to join their Birmingham based team on a 6 month initial contract. This role will require regular travel within the UK, so you must be flexible to travel. The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge: Local business process knowledge Clear understanding of the benefits of a CRM system within the Business Banking environment Use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Access. Excellent communication at all levels; Relationship building; Prioritisation and flexibility in managing multiple demands; Presentation and stakeholder management; His/her own transport Should this position be of interest please submit your CV and I will be in contact by telephone as required.
